挤压膨化玉米芯酸水解制备木糖的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用响应面法对盐酸水解制备工艺条件进行优化研究,建立木糖得率的二次多项式数学模型,并分析模型的有效性与因子间的交互作用。结果表明,回归方程能较好地预测木糖得率随水解工艺参数变化的规律,膨化玉米芯水解最佳工艺条件为物料粒度50目、水解温度100℃,盐酸体积分数0.6%,液料比5 mL/g,水解时间60 min。在此工艺条件下木糖得率0.36 g/g,与传统工艺相比,木糖得率可提高16.1%,具有重大的社会和经济效益。 The preparation process of hydrochloric acid hydrolysis conditions are optimized by response surface method, to establish the two degree polynomial mathematical model of xylose yield and analyze the interaction between validity and factor model. The results show that the regression equation can predict the xylose yield changes with the hydrolysis process parameters. The optimum conditions of puffed corn cob hydrolysis are as follows: material granularity is 50 meshes, hydrolyzing temperature is 100 ℃, acid concentration is 0.6%, ratio of liquid to solid is 5 mL/g, and hydrolysis time is 60 min. The xylose yield is 0.36 g/g in the process conditions, compared with the traditional process, xylose yield can be increased by 16.1%, with significant social and economic benefits.
