摘要
对红花籽抗氧化肽进行分离纯化,通过凝胶过滤层析得到3个组分,分别以清除DPPH自由基、羟自由基、超氧自由基和还原力为指标,研究红花籽抗氧化粗肽及其3个组分的抗氧化活性,其中第3个洗脱峰的抗氧化活性最高。抗氧化试验结果表明,纯化后的红花籽抗氧化肽质量浓度为3 mg/mL时,对自由基具有很强的清除作用,DPPH自由基清除率、超氧自由基清除率和羟自由基清除率分别为57.86%,67.48%和60.15%。
The antioxidant peptides obtained from safflower seed are separated by sequential chromatographic purification. Three components is obtained by gel filtration chromatography, and the antioxidant activities of the safflower crude peptide oxidation and its three components are studied, with taking to remove DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide free radical and reducing power as an index. Among them, the third elution peak is highest antioxidant activity. The results indicate that safflower seed after purification antioxidant peptide mass concentration is 3 mg/mL, safflower seed antioxidant peptides exhibit strong scavenging capability to DPPH radicals, and super oxygen free radical and hydroxyl radical with the scavenging rates reach to 57.86%, 67.48%and 60.15%, respectively.
