摘要
通过把更多的生活实例引入课堂教学、身边的食品微生物以及提出问题再解决问题的实践教学3个方面,对食品微生物学的教学改革进行探索和研究,恰如其分地将课堂理论教学、实验实践教学与学生生活联系在一起,激发学生兴趣的同时,让学生掌握了知识,全面提高了学生的综合素质。
The teaching reform in food microbiology is explored and studied through more living examples to enter the classroom teaching, the food microbiology around us, the practical teaching from asking to solving questions, and the classroom teaching and experimental and practical teaching are contacted with student life appropriately. The interests of the students are aroused and at the same time the knowledge is acquired. The comprehensive quality of the students is improved overall.
