摘要
食品企业(质量)管理是食品科学相关专业的必修课程,为提高教学质量,培养学生综合能力,案例教学被应用到该门课程的教学中。通过教学案例的选择、课堂讨论、总结提高3个阶段的教学模式,实现教师与学生课堂角色的转换,活跃课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教师的综合素养,收到良好的教学效果。
Food corporation (quality) management is a required course for food science related majors. In order to improve the quality of teaching, to cultivate the comprehensive ability of the students, the case teaching has been applied to the course. Through three stages of teaching mode including the choice of teaching case, classroom discussion, summarization, the conversion of the role of teachers and students in the classroom is realized, classroom atmosphere is active, the students' interest in learning is stimulated, the comprehensive quality of teachers is improved, and good teaching effects is obtained.
