肝内胆管囊腺癌临床误诊1例

摘要患者女性，42岁。6天前无明显诱因出现上腹部疼痛，逐渐加重，4天前出现高热，最高T39℃。外院予抗感染治疗体温下降，但腹痛无改善。查体：T37．8℃，Bp130／80mmHg，腹部平软，右上腹轻压痛，肝脾肋下未见，肝区叩痛（＋）。
