青藏铁路青海沿线2006～2012年鼠疫流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of plague along Qinghai to Tibet railway from 2006 to 2012

目的分析青藏铁路2006~2012年青海境内沿线鼠疫流行特征,探讨鼠疫流行态势,为今后鼠疫防治工作提供防控措施。方法汇总2006~2012年青藏铁路沿线青海境内的鼠疫监测报告和人间鼠疫疫情处置总结资料,应用描述流行病学方法进行疫情分析。结果 2006~2012年青藏铁路青海沿线每年均有动物鼠疫发生,且伴有人间鼠疫。结论青藏铁路沿线动物鼠疫流行活跃,鼠疫防控手段须加强。

Objectives To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of plague along Qinghai to Tibet railway from 2006 to 2012. To study the epidemic trend of plague so as to provide prevention measures for future plague control. Methods Summarizing documents of monitoring reports and epidemic situation of human plague along the Qinghai to Tibet railway from 2006 to 2012 were summarized and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. Results Animal plague cases accompanied with human plague cases were found along the Qinghai to Tibet railway from 2006 to 2012. Conclusions Epidemic trend of plague is still in the active state,the plague prevention and control should be strengthened in the future work.
