老龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型中内质网应激介导细胞凋亡的研究

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)是一种慢性进行性发展的疾病,与吸烟有关,可诱发肺实质破坏产生肺气肿[1].本课题组已从细胞和动物实验水平证实,慢阻肺模型中持续的内质网应激反应可启动细胞凋亡程序,表现为内质网应激特异凋亡分子CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白同源蛋白(CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein-homologous protein,CHOP)及含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase,caspase-12)表达增加[2].
