以血性胸腔积液为主要表现的右侧叶外型肺隔离症一例 被引量：9

摘要 患者男,29岁,因＂右侧胸痛伴活动后气促4d＂于2011年12月19日入院.4d前无明显诱因出现右胸痛,为持续性刺痛,咳嗽及深呼吸后加重,并有活动后气促.3d前入住当地某医院,B超及胸部CT示右侧少量至中量胸腔积液,右下肺含气不全.拟诊右侧胸腔积液（胸膜炎,肺部肿瘤？）.
