Hairy polyps are congenital masses of head and neck.They usually arise from the oropharynx or nasopharynx,and hairy polyp of the Eustachian tube （ET）is extremely rare.We describe a new case of hairy polyp,which originated from the right ET and was completely excised by a postauricular approach.
