急性冠状动脉综合征:认清本质 指导实践 被引量:12

摘要 一直认为急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是由于冠状动脉粥样硬化导致管腔进行性狭窄,最终少量的血小板血栓造成管腔完全闭塞所致。如果是在管腔高度狭窄基础上合并阻塞性血栓,则立刻完全阻断前向血流并导致ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)。
