微创经皮肾取石术治疗肥胖肾结石的疗效及安全性评价 被引量:3

Assessment of safety and efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in obese patients

摘要 目的:评价微创经皮肾取石术治疗肥胖肾结石的疗效和安全性。方法:收集2007~2011年在我院行PCNL治疗的肾结石患者159例,并将患者分为三组:正常组(18.5≤BMI<24)、超重组(24≤BMI<28)和肥胖组(BMI≥28)。比较三组患者的外科治疗结果。结果:正常组、超重组及肥胖组结石清除率分别为92.3%、90.9%和89.7%,其他指标如住院时间、血红蛋白下降率、止痛药使用率、术后发热率等各组间差异无统计学意义。结论:采用PCNL治疗肥胖患者肾结石可取得同治疗正常体重患者类似的安全性和有效性。 Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of percutanous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) in overweight and obsess patients. Methods: The surgical outcomes of 159 patients treated with PCNL in our hospital between 2007 and 2011 were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were stratified into three groups according to body weight index(BMI) ; normal weight(18.5≤BMI〈24), overweight(24≤BMI〈28) and obese (BMI≥28). The outcomes of surgery of three groups were compared. Results: There was no difference in stone free rate between three groups^the stone free rates were 92.3%, 90.9% and 89.7% for normal weight,overweight and obese pa- tients respectively. There were no statistically significant different in operative duration, decrease in haemoglobin concentration, postoperative analgesic use and postoperative hospital stay, nor was there a higher complication rate in obese patients. Conclusions: The BMI has no Impact on the outcomes of surgery. PCNL is considered a safe and effective procedure in overweight and obese patients when compared to normal weight patients.
