摘要
目的研究汉、维、哈健康体检人群尿酸与糖脂代谢指标的关联性及民族差异性。方法 2009年-2011年检测3个民族健康人群的尿酸和糖脂代谢指标进行统计分析。结果尿酸水平汉族>维吾尔族>哈萨克族,血糖水平维吾尔族>汉族>哈萨克族,而甘油三酯水平哈萨克族最高,总胆固醇水平汉族和维吾尔族接近,均高于哈萨克族,推测汉族相对容易罹患高尿酸血症,哈萨克族容易罹患高甘油三酯血症,维吾尔族易于罹患糖尿病。3个民族甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血糖的水平均随着尿酸水平升高而升高(P<0.05),但尿酸对汉族糖代谢影响较小,凸显出明显的民族异质性。结论尿酸代谢和糖脂代谢存在民族差异性,尿酸代谢对糖脂代谢产生不可忽视的影响,民族特点的存在提醒在今后代谢性疾病的预防和控制实践中要针对不同的民族提出特异的措施,达到促进各民族人民群众健康的目的。
Objective To study the relationship between uric acid and glycollpid metabolism indicators, as well as the heteroge- nicity in Han, Uygur and Kazak population. Methods From 2009 to 2011, the blood samples were collected from healthy vol- unteers of Han, Uygur and Kazak population to detect the uric acid, glycolipid metabolism indicators, and the results were ana- lyzed by statistics. Results The uric acid level from high to low was Han, Uygur, Kazak; the sugar level from high to low was Uygur, Han, Kazak; the triglyceride level from high to low was Kazak, Han, Uygur; total cholesterol levels were similar in Han and Uygur, both higher than that of Kazak. The above - mentioned situation indicated that Hun population was susceptible to hypcruricemia, Kazak population was prone to hypertriglyceridemia, and Uygur population was likely to suffer from diabetes. The levels of glycolipid metabolism indicators increased with uric acid level in the three ethnics ( P 〈 O. 05 ), but uric acid level had little impact on sugar metabolism in Han population, highlighting racial difference. Conclusion The uric acid metabolism and glycolipid metabolism show hcterogenicity in different nations, and uric acid metabolism has a non - negligible effect on glu- cose and lipid metabolism. Therefc/re, individual prevention and control measures of metabolic diseases should be promoted ac- cording to different national characteristics in future, to achieve the common health of all peoples.
