With the rapid development of surveying instruments manufacturing technology,since the advent of the early 90 ＇s first digital level,digital levels,with its many benefits,by the majority of the user＇s favor. Building construction and settlement monitoring is to ensure the safe use of important work,this paper mainly introduces the DiNi03 the basic principle of digital level,methods of operation,reflects the superiority of DiNi03 digital level,illustrates the high precision digital level in application of settlement monitoring to ensure accuracy and describes some of the shortcomings.
