摘要
介绍了乙烯装置丙烯精馏塔(DA-456)的改造情况并对改造前后该塔的运行状况进行了分析。针对DA-456塔板分离效率较低的问题,改造过程中塔体利旧,只更换塔板,将原180层斜孔多溢流塔板全部更换为DJ-5型塔板。改造完成后,在进料量增加的情况下,DA-456的运行较稳定,操作弹性较高,精馏分离效率提高。
It was introduced that the renovation of propylene rectifying column in ethylene plant of the author's worksite, and analyzed operation conditions of the column in original and modified. Base on the problem of tray lower efficiency in the column, the 180 layers of inclined-hole tray with multiple down comer were displaced to D J-5 type plate, shell of the column not replaced during the renovation. The results of the renovation showed that the volume of feeding increased the column operated steadily, with higher flexibility in operation of control, and efficiency of the rectifying improved.
