摘要
基于系统阻塞发生概率,建立了阻塞常发的高峰时间城市交通网络单元及系统畅通度的基本概念,并 提出了相应的评估方法.同时通过单元畅通重要度的评估,建议了路网改扩建的优化策略.
Based on the occurrence probability of the system blocking, the basic notions for the rush-hour city traffic network component and the system unblockability are introduced. Also the corresponding assessment method is presented. Meanwhile the optimization strategy for the road network construction has been suggested through the assessment of the importance of the component unblockability.
