摘要
采用有限元法进行应力计算,用Fortran77语言编制了有限元程序,在Fortran Power-Station 4.0的环境下运行,研究了几何龟裂表面对耐磨堆焊层耐磨性的影响.结果表明,几何龟裂可以使焊 接残余应力得到松弛,在某些条件下,可能使表面耐磨料磨损性能得到提高。
The influence of geometric chap surface on the wear resistance of wearable overlay was investigated by using finite element analysis to calculate stress and adopting Fortran 77 language to develop a finite element program which run under the Fortran PowerStation 4.0 condition. The results showed that geometric chap can relax welding residual she. On certain condition, it is likely to enhance the abrasive wear resistance of surface.
