缓冷工段卸料装置数控系统的分析与改进

摘要 钢厂缓冷工段卸料装置的性能直接影响缓冷钢材的生产效率,因此提高缓冷工段卸料装置的性能具有重要意义.介绍了卸料装置数控系统的构成,分析了以轴定位APM模块为核心的位置控制器.为进一步提高伺服系统的跟踪响应与抗扰能力,对原速度控制器提出了改进方案。仿真结果表明,改进后系统性能有很大的改善,具有更高的快速性、鲁棒性,从而提高了生产效率。 Producion efficiency of slowly cooling steel was affected mainly by performance of discharge facilityin slowly cooling section in steel plant. So it is important to improve the performance of discharge facility in slowly cooling section. This paper briefly introduces the composition of the numerical control discharge facility, and analyses the position controller whose core is Axis Positioning Module (APM). To improve the servo system's tracking response and anti-disturbance performance the original speed controller is ameliorated. Simulation result indicates that the improved system has better performance, higher quick-response, stronger robustness, and higner coefficient of production.
