中国企业的对外投资经历了四个发展阶段,区域分布日趋广泛、行业分布不断拓展、投资主体逐渐多元化,有力地促进了国内经济的发展。然而,从整体上看仍处于初期发展阶段,存在着投资结构不合理、宏观管理滞后、投资收益率低、面临的风险较多等问题。

The development of Chinese enterprises in overseas investment has experienced four stages, along with the regional distribution gradually expanded and the industrial distribution increasingly broadened. The investment subjects have also diversified gradually. All these have effectively promoted the development of the domestic economy. However, from the overall perspective, the overseas investment of the Chinese enterprises is still at its initial stage of development. Problems, such as unreasonable investment structure, hysteretic macro management, lower return and higher venture cost on investment, are still to be solved.
