摘要
探讨以稳定性为核心的悬吊训练(SET)对网球运动员身体位置平衡能力和躯干核心稳定性的作用。主要采用实验法,将16名男子网球运动员随机分为两组,分别进行为期12周的体能训练,结果显示:实验前后目标组运动员的平衡能力和躯干核心稳定性的各项测试指标对比成显著性差异(P<0.01),对照组运动员的各项统计数据变化不明显。结论:悬吊训练可以有效提高男子网球运动员平衡能力和躯干核心稳定性。建议在进行悬吊训练同时,增加柔韧性与多关节协同用力的训练,有助于提高专项成绩。
This paper discussed effect of sling exercise training( SET),which focuses on stability,on body position balance and core stability of male tennis players. Based on experiment method,the paper investigated 16 male tennis players,who were divided into target group and control group,for 12 weeks on performance in the physical fitness training. The result showed that there was significantly statistical difference in the experiment group before and after SET( P < 0. 01),the data of control group was not obvious. Conclusion: SET can elevate balance and core stability of male tennis player significantly. It suggested that add flexibility and coordination of multi-joint training can improve specific performance.
