摘要
血小板膜糖蛋白是血小板膜内、膜表面及血浆中特定的血小板膜糖蛋白成分.目前已鉴定出10余种,有GPⅠb-Ⅸ-Ⅴ、GPⅠa/Ⅱa、GPⅥ、GPⅡb/Ⅲa、P-选择素等,在血小板活化、黏附以及聚集中发挥作用,参与止血和血栓的形成等.在儿童血小板减少症中,血小板膜糖蛋白的变化是目前国内外研究热点,现将对血小板膜糖蛋白的结构、研究方法以及与血小板减少症的关系进行归纳综述.
Platelet membrane glycoprotein is the specific glycoprotein in the platelet membrane,membrane surface and plasma.At present,more than 10 kinds of glycoprotein have identified,such as GP Ⅰ b-Ⅸ-Ⅴ,GP Ⅰ a/Ⅱ a,GP Ⅵ,GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a,P-select element.They play a role in platelet activation,adhesion and aggregation,involved in the formation of hemostasis and thrombosis.The change of platelet membrane glycoprotein of the thrombocytopenia in children is hot research topic at home and abroad.In this paper,the structure,methods and relationship of platelet membrane glycoprotein are summarized and reviewed.
