蒙脱石有机改性及其在乳液聚合中的应用

摘要 对钠基蒙脱石、有机改性蒙脱石、聚醋酸乙烯酯的应用现状和发展前景进行了论述。实验以工业钠化的天然膨润土为原料,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为改性剂,采用超声波水浴方法改性蒙脱石,实验过程中对反应适宜条件进行考查,并对实验产物进行表征;分别利用钠基土和改性蒙脱石进行无皂乳液聚合制备蒙脱石/白乳胶复合物。实验确定较适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,单体滴加速度为1滴/3 s,聚合反应时间4 h。通过IR方法对聚合产物的干燥样品进行了表征。经测试得到的IR谱图证明样品中含有蒙脱石,并且DMDAAC改性蒙脱石与白乳胶发生了自由基共聚反应,说明有机蒙脱石/白乳胶均制备成功。 Application situation and development prospect of sodium based organic montmorillonite, sodium based modified montmorillonite and polyvinyl acetate fat were introduced. Using natural sodium bentonite as raw materials, diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) as modifier, montmorillonite was modified by using an ultrasonic bath method, suitable reaction conditions were investigated, and the experimental products were characterized ; then sodium-bentonite and modified montmorillonite were respectively used to prepare montmorillonite/white latex composite by emulsion polymerization. The appropriate process conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 70°C, monomer dropping speed a drop/3s, polymerization reaction time 4 h. Dried sample of polymer products was characterized by IR. The IR spectra proved that testing sample contained montmorillonite,DMDAAC modified montmorillonite and white latex participate radical copolymerization reaction.
