一些大机组,诸如压缩机,在使用一段时间以后,会看到皮带轮或者基座处有油渗出来,这种情况一般就是轴封漏油了。引起轴封漏油的因素有很多,现针对某厂3、4号空压机室活塞式无油润滑空气压缩机二级缸油封处漏机油严重的问题,分析其机理并提出了解决措施。

After some large units （ for example compressors） run for a period of time, the shaft seal leakage usually happens. Reasons to cause the shaft seal leakage are diverse. In this paper, aiming at serious shaft seal leakage problem of oil free air compressor in a plant, the mechanization of the shaft seal leakage was analyzed, and countermeasures to solve the problem were put forward.
