苯酐生产反应过程开始阶段属吸热反应,但反应达到一定程度时,释放出大量的热能,为综合利用该反应热,一般采用熔盐冷却器等设施制备高压副产蒸汽,该部分蒸汽用来拖动风机,可提高企业的效益并降低能耗。
The initial phase of benzoic anhydride production reaction is endothermic reaction. But when the reaction reaches a certain level, it will release large heat. In order to utilize the heat, the melt salt cooler is usually adopted to produce steam, and the steam is used to drive the blowers, which can improve the benefits and reduce the energy cost.
