摘要
通过理论分析与预测 ,发现Re2Fe17型稀土—过渡族元素形成的化合物具有明显的制冷效果 .在此基础上将其制成合金试样 ,并在自行设计的测定退磁制冷温差ΔT值的测量装置上进行测试 ,结果为 :Ce2Fe17 -xCox 及Er2Fe17 -xNix(x=0 3~2 0)稀土铁磁金属化合物在外加磁场H=2T ,t=20℃时 ,即室温附近有明显的制冷效果 .前者退磁后制冷温差ΔT=4 75K ,后者为ΔT=4 51K ,基本与目前室温附近制冷效果最好的纯金属Gd接近 (ΔT=5 25K) ,但其价格约为Gd的1/3 。
By the theoretical analysis and forcast,we find that Re2Fe17 type rare earth metal compounds have the obvious refrigerant effect Then we make them into alloy-test specimen and take measure of their magnetocaloric effect parameter ΔT on the measure device,which is designed by us own The result is that Ce2Fe17-xCox and Er2Fe17-xNix(x = 0 3~2 0) rare earth metal compounds have the obvios refrigerant effect when the exerted magnetic-field H is equal to 2T and temperature t is equal to 20℃ ie near the ambient temperature The former's ΔT is 4 75 K,and the latter's ΔT is 4 51 K They are close to pure metal Gd( ΔT of Gd is 5 25 K Now it's refrigerant effect is best) But their prices are about 1/3 of Gd Therefore they may take the place of Gd as ambient temperature magnetic refrigerant materials
