摘要
选用裂解炉常用炉管HP40Nb(25Cr35NiNb-MA)作为实验材料,利用低压高温真空渗碳技术,对未曾服役的炉管进行不同时段的渗碳,从而研究渗碳前后炉管金相组织的变化,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)及电子探针等技术分析析出的碳化物,最终确定渗碳对炉管材料的影响。
Selecting HP40Nb(25Cr35NiNb-MA)tube commonly-used in cracking furnace as experiment mate-rial and making use of high temperature and low pressure vacuum carburizing technology,the fresh furnace tube was experimented to investigate its carburizing condition and its change in microstructure under different time and before or after the carburizing; and through scanning electron microscope (SEM),and energy spectrum analyzer (EDS) and electron probe,the precipitation of carbides in tube was analyzed to ultimately determine the carburizing effect on furnace tube quality.
