摘要
对100例妇科门诊会话语料从语言的功用角度,按照相似性、整体性和层次性原则,将医生的话语分为解释、指导、安慰三种类型并进行频次统计,发现解释性的话语凸显出医生教育者的角色特点;指导性话语凸显出医生深层的医疗服务内涵;安慰性话语凸显出现阶段我国医生的角色表现正逐步与新医学模式吻合。
Based on functional analysis and the principles of similarity, integrity and hierarchy, 100 cases of conversational corpora in gynecologic clinic were categorized as explanatory, directory, and consolatory types. Frequency statistics suggest that explanatory discourse foregrounds doctor＇s role features as an educator, the directory discourse points to doctor＇s deep healthcare service, and that consolatory type highlights the transformation of current doctor＇s role performance into the new medical mode.
