医患会话中的打断分析及对医患沟通的启示

Analysis on Interruption in Doctor-patient Conversations and its Enlightenment for Doctor-patient Communication

首先综述介绍了社会语言学及会话分析、医患会话分析、话轮转化机制、打断等的研究。其次以社会语言学的角度,运用话语分析的方法,基于收集的语料,从打断结果、打断原因等方面分析医患会话中的打断这一言语现象如何体现出医患之间医生对话语的控制权势。最后得到启示,医生要具备良好的医学人文素养,加强医患沟通技巧的锻炼,以有利于和谐医患关系的建立。

The author firstly reviewed the researches on sociolinguistics, conversational analysis, doctor-patient conversation analysis, topic conversion mechanism and interruption and so forth. Secondly, from the perspective of social linguistics, using the method of discourse analysis, based on collected language materials, from the result of interrupting and interrupt reasons, the author analyzed the interruption in the doctor-patient conversations and how did it embody the control power of the doctors. Finally, this paper porposed that the doctor should have good medical humanities accomplishment, strengthen the exercise of doctor-patient communication skills, to establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
