The Content of Occupational Spirit Training in Medical Students in the Comprehensive Reform of Clinical Medical Education

临床医学教育综合改革对医学生职业精神培养提出了具体要求。医学生职业精神培养应当以社会主义核心价值观为指导思想,以以人为本、诚实守信;爱岗敬业、恪尽职守;热爱生命、维护健康;至真至善、追求卓越为主要内容。医学生职业精神培养过程中要处理好公平与公益、显性与隐性、他律与自律的关系。

The comprehensive reform of clinical medical education put forward the concrete request to the medical professionalism of medical students. Medical professionalism of medical students should be based on the core values of socialism as the guiding ideology, and the people-oriented, honesty and faithfulness; respect and love own post, responsibility; love life, health maintenance; truth and perfection, pursue excellence as the main content. We should deal with the relationship between humanism and utilitarianism, justice and public welfare, explicit and implicit, heteronomy and autonomy in the process of cultivating medical professionalism of medical students.
