Evaluation on Cultivating Medical Students' Occupational Spirit in the Comprehensive Reform of Clinical Medical Education

确立科学、有效、合理、操作性强的医学生职业精神培养的评价体系对医学生职业精神的培养和提升至关重要。在明确医学生职业精神培养评价原则的前提下,提出了"四位一体"的医学生职业精神培养评价的内容,确定了评价的主体和评价的过程。

It is critical for training of medical students occupation spirit to establish a scientific, effective, reasonable, practical evaluation system. In the condition of clearing principles of medical students＇ occupational spirit training, a ＂Four in One＂ evaluation system was proposed, and the subject and process of evaluation were clarified in this paper.
