摘要
为改善医学生的沟通能力,在医患沟通的实践教学中,从课前准备、课堂实施及课后评估三个方面探索采用标准化病人教学方法并结合SPIKES沟通模式实施教学,对其所产生的效果进行评估总结,认为使用标准化病人情境体验式教学模式切实增强了教学效果,突出了教学实践性。
In order to improve the communication ability of medical students, during the practice teaching of doctor-patient communication, standardized patient teaching method combined with SPIKES communication mode was used in teaching in the preparation before class, implementation in class and evaluation after class. After evaluating the effect of summary to its, this paper proposed that the using the standardized patient situation experience type teaching mode can effectively enhance the teaching effect, highlight the teaching practice.
