摘要
根据某区2008~2011年上报的医疗纠纷事件,对纠纷投诉事由的诊疗过程、服务态度及医院管理等主要问题进行了医学伦理学分析.发现临床诊疗过程的中很多医疗纠纷都是由于对患者知情同意权的淡化,医患沟通的不畅以及医院管理方面的失当所造成的.认为在临床诊疗过程中应做到:充分尊重患者的知情同意权;强化医学服务的宗旨,并确立双向的医患关系,加强医患沟通;围绕医疗质量和社会效益开展医院行政管理活动,以保障功能和整体效能为内容加强医院后勤管理.
According to the medical conflict information of a district, by analyzing the main problems of the complaint, such as the clinical diagnosis and treatment, the medical attitude and hospital management in the field of medical ethics, it's proposed that firstly do surgeon preparation carefully, respect the patients' right of informed consent and obey the practice procedure strictly in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, make certain the purpose of the medication, reduce the harmful aftereffects as far as possible and analyze the difference of the single patient, focus on protecting the patient privacy; strengthen the idea of medical service, establish the bidirectional doctor-patient relationship, promote the doctor-patient communication; develop the hospital administrative management on the content of medical quality and social efficiency, and improve hospital logistics management surrounding with the function of security and overall effectiveness.
