摘要
随着现代生产管理中准时制 (JIT)生产方式的应用 ,越来越多的装配线采用U型布局。该文探讨U型装配线的平衡问题 ,用解决传统直线型装配线平衡问题的启发式方法来解决U型装配线平衡问题 ,给出了U型装配线的启发式平衡方法的算法模型及其算例。结果表明 ,所建立的算法模型计算方法准确简单 ,能够快速搜寻最满意解 ,且对U型装配线平衡的其它相关问题作了进一步的探讨。
Recently many assembly lines are arranged in a U line, as a consequence of the use of just in time production principles in many factories. The paper introduces and models the U line Assembly Line Balancing problem. The paper also shows how the ranked positional weight heuristics developed for the traditional problem can be applied to the U line ALB problem. An example and other directions for future research are given in the paper. The result shows that the calculating method is both accurate and simple, and the most satisfactory result can be quickly found.
