摘要
研究了零件的特征模型及工艺知识库的建立方法。提出了一种基于知识的自动工艺规划方法 ,实现了从 CAD到 CAPP和 CAM的零件信息的自动转换 ,解决了 CAD/CAPP/CAM系统中的“数据共享”问题 。
In order to solve the problem of data common share in CAD/CAPP/CAM integration system, I did three things: (1) I studied how to build the part feature model, (2) I studied how to build the process knowledge base, (3) I presented a method of automatic process planning. Thus I realized the automatic transformation of part information from CAD to CAPP to CAM. My method includes sequentially the following four steps: (1) According to the type and attributes of the form feature, selecting of the machine tool, cutting tool, work equipment, fixtures, and measuring tool for it. (2) Coding of every form feature, according to all the information already selected in step 1. (3) Classifying of the form features into several clusters, according to their codes already determined in step 2. (4) Sequencing of all feature clusters, and of the features in every cluster. My method is applicable to all parts which can be described with features.
