摘要
介绍了一种用D/A产生汽车电器产品耐振性试验所使用的扫频振动信号的方法 ,并构造了其数学表达式 ,通过简单的调试、实测数据和计算 ,得到了各控制参数具体的算法模型 ,给出了产生信号的程序流程。该方法具有实用、编程简单、实现方便的特点。
An approach is introduced for the production of scanning frequency vibration signals by means of D/A in automobile electrical test.And the corresponding mathematical expression is also developed.Through a simple test,data-measurement and computing,the concrete model of algorithm for all control parameters is obtained.And the program for generation of signals is also presented.This method proves to be practical、simple for programming and easy to be realized.
