HPLC法测定金英胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jinying capsules by high- performance liquid chromatography

目的:建立HPLC法测定金英胶囊中黄柏的总盐酸小檗碱含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(78∶22)为流动相,检测波长为346nm,流速为1.0mL/min。理论板数按盐酸小檗碱计算应不低于3500。结果:本品每粒含黄柏以盐酸小檗碱计,不得少于1.0mg。结论:该方法操作简单,重现性好,适用于金英胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determining the total berberine hydrochloride content of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis in Jinying capsules by high - performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods ： HPLC was performed on a Hypersil BDS -C-18 Scolumn （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L monopotassium phosphate- acetonitrile （78： 22） at a detection wavelength of 346 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The number of theoretical plates would be not less than 3500, as calcu- lated by berberine hydrochloride. Results ：The content of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis in each Jinying capsule, as calculated by berber- ine hydrochloride,would be not less than 1.0 mg. Conclusion ：The HPLC method has the advantages of easy operation and good repeat- ability and is suitable for the quality control of Jinying capsules.
