分光光度法测定英平顽痹通和英平顽痹消中微量锗

Determination of Trace Germanium in Yingping Wanbitong and Yingping Wanbixiao by Spectrophotometry

用苯基荧光酮 -溴化十六烷基三甲基铵分光光度法测定了英平顽痹通 1,英平顽痹通 2 ,英平顽痹通 3,英平顽痹消 1和英平顽痹消 2五种治疗类风湿中药中锗含量。结果表明 ,该类药物中锗含量较为丰富 ,且英平顽痹通类药物较英平顽痹消类药物锗含量高。

The content of germanium in 5 kinds of anterheumatic such as Yingping Wanbitong 1,2,3 and Yingping Wanbixiao 1,2 was determined with phenylfuorone-hexadecyltrimethylammouium bromide by spectrophotomerty.The results showed that there was comparatively rich germanium in medicine.The content of germanium of Yingping Wanbitong was higher than Yinping Wanbixiao.It provides a useful data of germanium content for using medicine on clinical practice.
