从心理契约的内涵及特性入手,阐述了心理契约在图书馆管理中的作用,分析了心理契约在图书馆管理中的应用现状,提出了从心理契约角度提高工作效率的措施。

Starting from the connotation and features of psychological contract, this paper expounds the functions of psychological contract in library management, analyzes the current application situation of psychological contract in library management, and puts forward some measures for improving the working efficiency from the angle of psychological contract.
