摘要
通过对静电型微型继电器活动电极的运动特性和静态情况下自由振动进行分析,研究表明,活动触点在静电力的作用下发生了变形,最大挠度与静电力的大小、材质的形变模量。
Through the theoretical analysis of deformation characteristics and vibration characteristics, some useful suggestion about fabrication and applications of micro-relay have been proposed in this paper. This project is supported by Sustentation Found of National Science, and some results obtained by the author.
