高校图书馆内涵建设直接影响高校人才培养的质量、科学研究的水平、服务经济的能力及文化传承的功能,是新时期高校图书馆发展的核心内容。从高校图书馆内涵建设的原则出发,提出了加强高校图书馆内涵建设的具体措施。

The connotation construction of university library, which are directly related to the quality of university＇ s talents cultivation, the level of university＇s scientific research, the ability of university＇s service for economy and the scientific research, the ability of university＇ function of university＇s cultural heritage, is the key content of the development of university library in the new period. This paper puts forward some concrete measures for enhancing the connotation consttnction of university library from the principles of the connotation construction of university library.
