This paper analyzes the present situation of the quality of rural labor, expounds some difficulties and problems faced by rural labor in improving his own quality, probes into the superiorities of the libraries of higher agricultural vocational colleges in aspect of improving rural labor quality, and puts forward some concrete measures for the libraries of higher agricultural vocational colleges to serve the improvement of the quality of rural labor.
