摘要 我国奶牛养殖业经济效益向好,但受生产成本影响波动大;扩大规模有助于提高经济效益,但散养和小规模模式将较长时期存在;牛奶主产区经济优势不显著。要制定提高奶牛养殖业经济效益的机制,化解生产成本提高过快的不利影响;因地制宜推进规模化经营,对散养和小规模模式应适当予以支撑;加快发展方式的转变,南方大力发展奶水牛。 The economic benefit of China's dairy industry is getting better and better, but the fluctuation of production cost has important influence on it. Expanding scale can increase the economic benefit, but backyard and small-scale model will existence in a long period. The economic advantage of milk main producing areas is not significant. Some mechanisms of improving the economic benefits of dairy farming and resolving adverse effbcts of production costs increasing soon must be developed. Advancing the scale of dairy farming must suit local conditions, the backyard and small-scale model should be supported appropriately. Transformation of development mode should be accelerated, the south areas should develop dairy buffalo industry.
