摘要
为了建立一种分析乳化液泵曲轴强度的方法,分别采用Fortran程序的动力学分析模型和有限元软件求解了高压大流量乳化液泵的曲轴在工作过程中的动载荷及截面应力,并根据有限元计算结果对曲轴的疲劳强度进行综合评估。动力学分析结果与有限元计算结果基本一致,验证了上述方法的合理性。
In order to set up a method for analyzing strength of bent axle of emulsion pump , Fortran-based dynamics analysis model and finite element was applied to calculating dynamic load and section stress of bent axle of large -flow and high-pressure emulsion pump.On the basis of finite element calculation result , fatigue strength of bent axle was comprehensively evaluated.Dynamics calcula-tion result was basically the same with that of finite element calculation , which proved reasonability of above method.
