下位煤层垂直布置煤柱尺寸优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对多煤层矿井,文章研究了10m煤柱支承压力的顶底板传播分布规律,在此基础上比较分析了下位煤柱垂直布置大于、等于或小于上方煤柱三种不同尺寸时对上方煤柱的卸压程度、煤柱的峰值压力系数以及在底板的传播深度三个方面。研究结果表明:煤柱压力在不同煤柱尺寸组合下传播形式不同,单煤层煤柱压力在顶底板呈"8"形分布,双煤层煤柱垂直布置时压力在底板呈半椭圆形传播分布。当下位煤柱尺寸小于上方煤柱时,煤柱压力峰值系数较低,底板传播深度较小,对上方煤柱的泄压效果也越好。 According to a mine with multi seams, the paper studied a support pressure transmission distribution law of the roof and floor in the 10 m high coal pillar. Based on the circumstances, the paper compared and analyzed the pressure releasing degree of the above level coal pillar, the peak pressure coefficient of the above coal pillar as well as the floor transmission depth when the vertical layout lower level coal pillar was larger than, equivalent to or smaller than the above coal pillar in size. The study results showed that the coal pillar pressure would be different in transmission under the combination with different coal pillar size. The pressure in the roof and floor of the coal pillar in a single seam would be in "8" type distribution and the pressure in the floor when the vertical layout of the coal pillar in double seams would be in a half ellipse transmission distribution. When the size of the coal pillar in the low level seam was smaller than the coal pillar in the above level seam, the pressure peak coefficient of the coal pillar would be low, the transmission depth in the floor would be low and thus the pressure releasing effect of the above level coal pillar would be more better.
