摘要 AutoCAD二维设计在选煤厂设计过程中存在效率低和管道设计困难等缺点,三维辅助设计直接将设计者脑海中的模型,形象逼真的反映在计算机屏幕上,具有"所见即所得"的特点,可以降低管道设计难度,提升工程图纸质量和出图速度。论文以宁鲁煤电有限责任公司任家庄选煤厂设计为例,探讨了基于SolidWorks的选煤厂车间三维设计的思路、步骤以及选煤厂三维设计的优势和存在的技术难点,简要说明了选煤厂三维设计的发展趋势。 In the 2D design process of coal preparation plant with AutoCAD, the working efficiency is relatively low, and pipeline design is hard to implement. While 3D design reflects the model on the computer screen directly and vividly, with the feature of "what you see is what you get", it reduces the difficulty of pipeline design and improves the quality of engineering drawings and plotting speed. Taking the design of Renjia zhuang coal preparation as an example, the idea and procedure of 3D coal preparation plant design based on Solidworks were discussed, the difficulties and advantages existed were analyzed, and the developing trend of 3D coal preparation plant design was briefly predicted.
