摘要 基于神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿12上101-2综采面实践分析,对国内首个450m超长综采面矿压规律、支架工作阻力、开采中遇到的问题及措施与开采技术经济效益进行了分析总结。结果表明:工作面老顶初次来压显现呈现分时分段特征,且老顶初次来压显现强烈。工作面存在大小周期来压现象,周期来压期间沿工作面倾向压力分布呈现"三峰值W型"特征。普通采高450m超长工作面开采,两巷超前影响范围和影响程度类似于一般长度工作面。通过计算得出12上101-2工作面支架合理工作阻力为10569kN,现所采用的支架能够满足支护要求。 Based on the analysis on the practices on No. 101 -2 fully mechanized coal mining face in No. 12up seam of Halagou Mine in Shendong Mining Area, the paper had an analysis and summarization on the mine strata pressure law of China first 450m ultra long fully mechanized coal mining face, the working resistance of the powered support, the problems occurred in the mining operations and measures as well as the mining technical and economic benefits. The results showed that the mine initial roof weighting behavior of the main roof above the coal mining face would have time and section features and the mine initial roof weighting behavior of the main roof was serious. There were large and small periodical roof weighting phenomena existed in the coal mining face and during the periodic roof weighting period, the trend pressure distribution along the coal mining face would have "three peak W type" features. With the mining operation of the 450m ultra long coal mining face with a normal cutting height, the advance influence scope and the influence degree of the two gateways were similar to the normal long coal mining face. The calculation showed that a rational working resistance of the powered support applied in No. 101 -2 coal mining face in No. 12up seam was 10569kN and the applied powered supports could meet the support requirements.
