摘要
针对松软厚煤层仰斜开采端面顶煤易漏冒的问题,采用理论分析得出影响其端面稳定性的因素有端面距s、支架工作性能以及仰斜推进角度β等;运用数值模拟得出各影响因素与端面顶板下沉量的关系;结合现场实测提出:加强管理、及时支护控制端面距,伪斜开采、合理提高支架工作阻力及适当降低采高、端面顶煤注浆或者打木锚杆加固等控制端面顶煤漏冒技术措施。
Aiming at the top coal leakage problem in upward fully mechanized top coal caving face ends of soft and thick coal seam, the condition was theoretically analyzed, the influence factors of face ends stability were tip - to - face distance s, working performance of hydraulic support, and upward advancing angle β, etc. The relationship between each influencing factors and roof subsidence of face ends was obtained through numerical simulation. Combing with in - situ measurement, top coal leakage controlling measures were proposed as follows, strengthening management, timely supporting and controlling the tip- to -face distance, oblique mining, reasonably increasing the hydraulic powered supports and lowering the mining height, and top coal grouting or reinforcement with wooden bolt.
