With the innovation of China＇s economical and social development, and the manage- ment approaches, the concepts and methods of project management have been widely applied in various industries. Combined with the theory of project management, the article aims to de- scribe the characteristics of high quality organizational structure, analyzes the main existing is- sues and the cause, and put forward the way to optimize the organizational structure design.
