摘要
用固相合成法成功地合成了生长激素释放肽 GHRP,其氨基酸组成和相对分子质量测定值均符合理论值。实验表明 GHRP对幼龄小鼠的生长有明显的促进作用 ,并对合适的注射剂量范围 。
Growth hormone releasing peptide(GHRP) was synthesized successfully by using SPPS, its amino acid composition and molecular weight were found in agreement with its theoretical values. The bioassays showed that GHRP enhanced the growth of young mouse significantly, its proper range of injection dosage、 drug using age and drug using way were studied in the meantime.
