摘要
虽然磨浆在制浆造纸工业中占有重要地位,但在磨浆理论研究方面,国内外至今却未达成共识。在回顾近百年来国内外研究者对磨浆现象观察和研究的基础上,将磨浆理论归纳为:五步法、理论模型法、疲劳松弛法、挤压滑移法和磨区纤维形态调节法。其中五步法和理论模型法从宏观上解释磨浆理论,而疲劳松弛法、挤压滑移法和磨区纤维形态调节法则从微观角度研究磨浆理论。理论上,磨浆过程可以被理解为:纤维被脱水、挤压、滑动、释压吸水和分散的过程,在此过程中,纤维经受多次剪切和压缩作用并引起纤维弹性、黏弹性和塑性变形。在周期性外力作用下,纤维经过低压、中压和高压作用,达到分离的临界压力,使纤维彼此分离或分丝。
Refining process is important in pulp and paper industry, however, a wide-accepted refining theory is deficient. In this paper, refining theory was summarized as the five-step method, theoretical model method, fatigue-release method, and press-slip method by reviewing the past century researches on refining phenomenon in the world, respectively from refiner machine, refined fiber and refining parameters. Five-step model and theoretical method gave a macroscopic explanation on refining theory, fatigue- release method and compress-slip method gave a microscopic explanation on refining theory. Theoretically, a refining process is that fiber is dewatered, compressed, slipped, discharged in-water and dispersed. In this process, fiber gets elastic, viscoelastic and plastic deformation by periodical shear and compress motions, which also make fiber separate from each other when external motions reach the critical pressure in certain period from low pressure, medium pressure to high pressure.
