摘要
选取5种具有不同特性的热转印纸,测试其吸收性、透气度、粗糙度、白度、匀度和灰分等主要特性。用彩色打印机在这些纸样上打印相同的油墨色块,以磁力烫画机为热转印设备,将各样张的色块转印到同样材质的织物上,测试了色块转印前后的密度、光泽度、附着力等指标。运用主成分分析法分析了纸页特性,用多元回归分析法分析了纸页特性与转印质量指标(转移率、光泽度、附着力)的相关性,建立了一个综合评价函数模型,并通过实验验证了模型的合理性。该评价模型在评价纸张性能时,不需要打样过程,相对于传统的评价方法具有快捷和实用的优点。
Five kinds of thermal transfer paper with different characteristics were chosen to test their properties including absorbability, air permeance, roughness, whiteness, formation and ash content. Same ink color pieces were printed on these samples through colour printer, then these ink color pieces were transfered onto the same fabric based on the magnetic heat press machine, color density before and after the transfer progress, gloss, adhesion and other indicators were tested. Paper properties were analyzed with principal components analysis, correlation between paper characteristics and transfer qualities, such as transfer rate, gloss as well as adhesion was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, a comprehensive evaluation model was established, and rationality of the model was verified by experiment. This evaluation model has a quick and practical advantage in contrast to traditional methods because there is not necessary to make a proof when paper performance is evaluated.
